My 1st prenatal: )

This is my 1st try at a prenatal shoot.  I think it went well considering it was totally last minute.  We are planning on doing another one when she is a few more months along and a bit rounder.  This was very good practice for me and Alexis is an amazing glowing mama! 

I think next time I will try a lower ISO on beach shots: )

My 1st Newborn shoot!!

This was my 1st real photoshoot.  Oh my goodness this little baby melted my heart!!  I want to thank the mother for letting me shoot this little angel.

unfortunate happenings

My internet connection is down and won't be fixed to at least Tuesday.  Very very irritated at my internet company!  Don't they know im tryin take do stuff oval hea!  So no pictures until fixed.

On another bad note, my husband came home early from work with a torn bicep.  He is miserable!  We won't really know anything till Monday when he talks to the orthopedic surgeon.

silly personal note

I don't know really why im sharing this but my husband and I have 3 kids, 5yrs and below.  He works nights so we had to wait till his next day off (today) for our Valentine's day "date".  That is if you call eating dinner with dinner kids and after 2 oldest are in bed, chocolate fondue  while I have a nursing baby on my lap a date.  Besides cooking an incredible meal my husband also got me my favorite beer, belhaven. Im grateful because it will allow me to let down my inhibitions enough not to feel guilty about the tons of chocolate fondue im going to inhale.:-)

Fun at the park

So I decided to go with the kids to a park today to practice more outside.  I have only been using manual mode but today I tried out apature priority mode.  Any ways these are the ones that I edited tonight.  I'll get the others up tomorrow: )

Change of plans

So I was planning on practicing my new "actions" on Photoshop tonight.  BUT my brushes didnt seem to be working.  No clue what thats about.  After editing a photo of Izzy I decided to look up on youtube any cool eye effects.  Heres what I learned.....
