I met this wonderful couple last year at the Lowell General Hospital Cancer Walk. I was just starting my business, and they happened to be walking with their brand new cutie pie Adeline. I couldn't help but ask them if I could do a newborn shoot for them to help build my portfolio. Luckily they agreed, and I met with them about a week later at their airy mill building condo. Adeline was a bit older at 3 weeks of age, but I think that gave her a bit more personality in the photos. To this day I think that was one of my favorite shoots! From the adorable baby Addie, to the wonderful lighting the huge windows afforded, to the artful decor. The pictures came out amazing!!
Almost exactly a year later I got a call to do a 1st birthday/family shoot with Adeline and her parents. What could be better?! I met them on a warm Spring afternoon at Fort Hill Park in Lowell Ma for our shoot. Of course Addie was nothing less that completely adorable. She is such a beautiful little girl. She is getting so big! With her cute smile, feisty personality and bright blue eyes she completely melted my heart all over again. It was a wonderful experience capturing her energy and antics in photographs. She had two pine cones that she carried everywhere with her throughout the whole shoot, pine cones which she tried feeding to her mom. In the last picture she is looking back longingly at them. She is an amazing child with two wonderful parents. I feel honored to be part of her journey as she grows up.
